I might be competing in a local show at the end of May. I'm hovering between 235-240 right now. I'd like to hit the show at about 220lbs. Can anybody hook me up w/ a pre-contest diet. ------------------     | ||

Oh.....first time in my life I ever used the "n" word was the other day and it was in reference to myself and my guitar player gave me hell. Big Buck.. You need to drop the carbs like now buddy. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm at 250lbs, and I want to show at 210 on May 19th.. I'm downing about 6 protein shakes a day (made by lucent labs, only 1.5 grams of carbs and 50g of protein).. A few chicken breast a day, and thats does the trick for me.. I have allready lost 30lbs.. I'm about to start another cylce of clen/eq/test200.. Are you on a cutting cycle or not? I'll be taking water pills/lasix during the last 1.5 weeks pre contest... If I don't make my desired weight, I have another opportunity to show In Aug.. |
