this is usually how my week goes:

M: after work-legs
T: lunch-run chest
W: run back
Th: run bi's and tri's
F: run shoulders and forearms

sometimes I play b-ball during lunch too...

If you want a change, try this:

Mon AM - Shoulders
Mon PM - Back, bis
Tue AM - Legs
Tue PM - Chest, tris
Wed - Off
Thu AM - Shoulders
Thu PM - Back, bis
Fri AM - Legs
Fri PM - Chest, tris
Sat-Sun - Off

I do this for 1 week every couple of months. I also take 10iu of insulin after both workouts with a carb/creatine/glutamine drink 15 min later then a high protein shake. Then take a high carb/protein shake 2 hrs after injection. Training twice a day gives you the opprutunity to do this twice a day. Last time I did this I was taking only 200mg of Primo and I gained and kept 4 lbs. Not bad for a weeks work. Obviously you cant do this very often or you would overtrain. Keep both workouts to 45 min, 1 hour tops and up your protein intake too.

Day 1 - Shoulders/Triceps
Day 2 - Off
Day 3 - Back/Trapezius
Day 4 - Chest/Calves
Day 5 - Off
Day 6 - Biceps/Abs
Day 7 - Quads/Hams/Calves

Looking to scrap Day 6 completly tough, altough I have seen some improving in my biceps working it like that.

Wed - First AM - Cardio
- Lunch - Calfs (easy day)

- Lunch - Shoulders & Traps
Fri - First AM - Cardio
- Lunch - BACK
Sat - First AM - Abs
- Arms if I feel Like it
Sun - Ahhh Rest
AM's are always at Home..
Gym is 4 - 5 days
