If you want a change, try this: Mon AM - Shoulders I do this for 1 week every couple of months. I also take 10iu of insulin after both workouts with a carb/creatine/glutamine drink 15 min later then a high protein shake. Then take a high carb/protein shake 2 hrs after injection. Training twice a day gives you the opprutunity to do this twice a day. Last time I did this I was taking only 200mg of Primo and I gained and kept 4 lbs. Not bad for a weeks work. Obviously you cant do this very often or you would overtrain. Keep both workouts to 45 min, 1 hour tops and up your protein intake too. DC ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
