I was looking in to Oracle's 12-week eTraining course.

They say in 12-weeks they take you through the complete curriculum - from basic introductory information all the way to expert level skills.

I was wondering...

Has anyone here taken this course or similar courses?
Is 12-weeks really long enough to take me up the Oracle ladder?
How many exams does one need to pass before a company would hire him?
What position is more in demand, or will be more in demand, Oracle DBA or Java Developer?
After this training, do people normally take more courses or are they prepped enough to study on their own?

Any other information you can offer is also greatly appreciated.
