Try this...
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Tuna
Ground Turkey breasts
Steak
Brocoli
Spinach
Green beans
Cabbage
Cottage cheese
Fat free yogurt
Potatos
Rice
Egg whites

That's pretty damn healthy right there. Hope this helps.

the thing i just got turned on to are the "healthy eggs" they come in cartons and are all egg whites. the carton is equal to 15 eggs and costs a little bit more than a carton of eggs. no fat, and they color them to look like "yellow" eggs. hehe.

nonfat yogurt is good
skim milk
seasonings will be your friend if you are cooking lite, lemon pepper etc
buy rice, chicken and beef in bulk at a costco type place. milk sometimes too.
hmm...more yummy stuff. um..
banannas
get a blender and some fruit juice and you can hook up smoothies with frozen fruit and protein.
alright im hungry now. gotta fly, have fun peace

bignate,

They're called "Egg Beaters." I love those things. They sell them in little cartons too... like the kind of cartons of milk that little kids get at school for lunch. I wonder, is it safe to just drink those? Drinking regular eggs = bad, but what about these "magic" liquid eggs?

Warik, perfectly safe to drink them if they say they are pasteurized. I think luis pasteur created the process
