Dude, aimster is poop until more people get wind of it. Just go and download Napigator. What this will do is bring up a huge list of servers other than the Napster servers, the big one being Music City. Right now, there's 6,405,187 files on Music City between 24 different servers. Average on Naster's are like 2 million..Napster has 56 servers, but the thing is, they take those 56 and divide them up into like 3 or 4 areas, meaning 4 different groups of 14 servers are linked to each other, and when you log on normally through the napster client, you don't get to choose where you go, and the numbers usually show that theres only about 2 million people in each of those 4 or so groupings. It equals out to being more than Music City's, but the thing is, with Music City, you do a search, it goes through all of the servers. Plus Music City's servers aren't filtering song titles, because they're a totally seperate entity from napster. | ||
