I, am really, really, really, really, reallly, reaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllyyyyyyy, fucking pissed off right now. I just got home from my job, at KFC. Guess what I found out tonight? 1. For the past 3 months, I have worked my ass off, so I could get a good review when I quit, and a raise. 3 weeks ago, my then-manager said he called me in a 60 cent raise. Not much granted, but than again, I work at KFC, so it's alot for them. This week, we have a new manager. She is a completeeeeeeee bitch, she's the wife of some big-wig at the company, and she's pregnant, this job is her 'pet project.' Anyway, I find out today, that me, along with 3 other people there, are NOT getting our raises, because "it's not fair to her, because she doesn't know us, and it's coming out of her pocket." Now, I was ALREADY supposed to have this fucking $$$ by last week, now I find out I'm not getting it. What a bunch of FUCKING BULLSHIT. Not only that, This lady is a bitch in the truest sense of the word. I just met her tonight, I shook her hand, and the first thing she says is *high nasal* "Doo you haave to squeeze so harddd?" I swear to god I wasn't even squeezing that hard. Ok. I am done now.     | ||

I work by myself, I maybe work with a manager 2 hours for every 10, Its the easiest fucking part of the day. I don't even dread going to work like I did with my last job | ||

Dude, quit. That's bullshit. There are a million jobs out there. You could walk around a few shopping centers and have a job by the end of the day. Don't put up with that shit. | ||

Yes I am quitting. I have been there for 2 1/2 fucking years and this is how they treat me......bullshit. I just have to find a new job first. 2 of the other 3 who got shorted are also quitting, you wouldn't believe how this bitch treats her employees, not even legal. She doesn't allow breaks for the assistants, and they can't complain because they have bills to pay. | ||

Get out of there! I have worked for a woman the had a husband that was a director in the Co. She was basically given the position when she finish her correspondence courses a home and got her degree. She really thought it was a play thing or something. She drove a very highend Benz. Just a complete bitch that new nothing about managing. I quit to soon. About 3 months later on of the employees recorded and entire 3 days conversations at work and turned it over to her boss. A few days later she resigned. Nobody was every told anything, but they are sure it was the tapes. As for me I was lucky and got the job I am in today so i never asked for my job back. |
