I believe it has been these 2 cities and in spefic areas that have been trading places over the last 5 years as the murder capitol of the U.S.     | ||

Dc has always been bad...my parents went there in the early seventies on business and were told NOT to leave the hotel after dark unless accompanied by someone who knows the city...it was a nice hotel too, apparently. | ||

Providian, did you every rock it up with the mayor and tags a hooker with him? Did you vote to re-elect him after that? D.C. is a phuked up city now that I think about Mayor Marion Berry. On video with Whore and crack and he was re-elected. Hell now that I think about it again I may want to move there and vote for him also. | ||

Mayor Barry and I used to belong to the same private club at the Four Seasons- we also shared the same drug dealer. A True story.... A little concerned when I started seeing my dealer on TV and going into court during the Barry trials. | ||

The French Quarter is right near some NASTY PROJECTS. A friend who is originally from NO says that some of the projects are so bad that patrol cars are afraid to go in. ------------------ | ||
