It can help abate depression, raised endorphin levels, hormones, etc... Depression in and of itself is a chemical condition more than an imotional one IMO.

Really depressed people have to stay active----Their minds think alot(crazy brain)

Lifting helps stay busy and may help you feel better about yourself

Their are alot of drugs out their for depression, you may have to try a few before you find one that does not have the sides you dont like

Anxiety and depression are linked---alot of people are in denial over both of these

If you find you are getting (blue)as its called more then 2 (twice) a month, look deeper into meds

Good Luck

WORKING OUT DOES CURE DEPRESSION...BUT I THINK THAT IT CAN HELP TO SURPRESS IT A BIT

YOU KNOW WHAT HELPS ME EVEN MORE ..IS HITTING A HEAVY PUNCHING BAG ..DAM YOULL FEEL SO RELAXED AFTER YOU TAKE OUT YOUR AGGRESSION ON THE BAG
