I'm keto dieting, been in ketosis since tuesday evening I believe, and I have no carb cravings or anything anymore, so do you all think I should carb tommorrow, or go another week, if it doesn't bother me? I think I'm doing ok this time, I notice when I sit down, that the fat right at the top of my abs is dissapating, those tiny rolls are sort of gone...O well, just wondering what your thougths are, I posted here cause I'd get a reply on the Diet board like sometime next week.

how did it work for ya md? I just got over a month, but didnt get any results, because i probably want eating enough fat and took my caloric intake to 10x my bodyweight, probably too low...I'm doing 12x now

I've tried the diet 4 times now, experimenting each time with something a little bit different. I didn't do any carb ups at all and the only carbs I had were after working out and then only from vegetables. I am just carbing up now for the first time in a month, which it retrospect might be a mistake...dunno yet. In 4 weeks went from 9.5% to 6.5%, lost 7.5 lbs of fat...after the carb up I'll know how much muscle I lost, if any. Just get most of your calories from fat (12X bodyweight total calories) and be patient and you'll be fine..looks like you are seeing results already.

Wow thats good 7.5 lbs in a month. So what were your workouts like this past month, and cardio and all, how many daily meals, etc.
