I measured mine tonight when I got home from the gym, and they're still like 16 1/2, I thought they would have went down cause I'm dieting, (keto) but o well. They still don't look that big on me cause I'm like 6'4", long frame, so, you know how that is. I'd like to get em' to like at least 21", going to actually try some gear this year sometime, so that may happen sooner than I expect. So anyway, how big is everyone else's arms?    | ||

19.5 Cold (like my name  ). I just measured last night actually. They are close to 21" pumped. And no, that's not bullshit. i wasnt gonna post cuz i thought it would be filled with bullshit, but you all seem honest so far...
i am just under 230 now at 6ft (a tad taller) see if i can get em to 18 in 2 months (gee, i wonder if that implies steroid use). |
