I debate issues as a hobby. I do not like to be labelled by anyone (and especially people who do not know me). I could debate any side of an issue. I just chose to debate the one that is less favored. It is a challenge and I like it. Labels are used to categorize and control people, so just accept that I choose to debate issues without placing me in a nice , neat group.     | ||

2thick, although i do not agree with most of your opinions, i still respect them. my only question is this. you express all of these problems about institutional racism and why minorities have no chance in the world to be successful, etc... yet you cannot express a solution from what i have read at least. so what would YOUR solution be to all of these problems that you see in the world? | ||

I know what socialist and communist means, but Im a little fuzzy on liberal, conservative, deomocrat and rebuplican...so I don't think I ever called you that. If we didnt agree most of the time though, Id probably call you asshole like I do Matt on most occasions under my breath | ||

We have admitted there is a problem with institutional racism in the United States. We admitted that 30+ years ago when affirmative action was instituted. Weve got affirmative action, quotas, special rights, new laws stemming from lawsuits, but nothing is ever good enough I guess. ------------------ | ||

TO BE A GOOD DEMOCRAT...... You have to believe the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of federal funding. You have to believe that the same teacher who can't teach 4th graders how to read is somehow qualified to teach those same kids about sex. You have to believe that guns in the hands of law-abiding Americans are more of a threat than U.S.nuclear weapons technology in the hands of Chinese communists. You have to believe that there was no art before Federal funding. You have to believe that global temperatures are less affected by cyclical, documented changes in the earth's climate, and more affected by yuppies driving SUVs. You have to believe that gender roles are artifical but being homosexual is natural. You have to be against capital punishment but support abortion on demand. You have to believe that businesses create oppression and governments create prosperity You have to believe that hunters don't care about nature, but loony activists who've never been outside of Seattle do. You have to believe that self-esteem is more important than actually doing something to earn it. You have to believe the military, not corrupt politicians, start wars. You have to believe the NRA is bad, because it supports certain parts of the Constitution, while the ACLU is good, because it supports certain parts of the Constitution. You have to believe that taxes are too low, but ATM fees are too high. You have to believe that Margaret Sanger and Gloria Steinem are more important to American history than Thomas Jefferson, General Robert E. Lee or Thomas Edison. You have to believe that standardized tests are racist, but racial quotas and set-asides aren't. You have to believe that Hillary Clinton is really a lady. You have to believe that the only reason socialism hasn't worked anywhere it's been tried is because the right people haven't been in charge. You have to believe that conservatives telling the truth belong in jail, but a liar and sex offender belongs in the White House. You have to believe that homosexual parades, transvestites and bestiality should be constitutionally protected and manger scenes at Christmas should be illegal. You have to believe that illegal Democratic Party funding by the Chinese is somehow in the best interest of the United States. You Have To Believe a Lot of BULL SHIT!! ------------------ | ||

Propaganda by definition is taking a complex issue (or set of issues) and simplifying them. Then once they are simplified they are repeated over and over again until it sounds like the truth. Read over what you have cut and paste. It is simplifying the most complex of issues and then repeating what the media and right wing fanatics say whenever they get a minute in the spotlight. | ||
