My was 32 inches, but i got it down to 29 inches, but i want to bring it down to 28. I heard Arnold had a 27 inch waist when he competed and heard the same thing about shawn ray.     | ||

where do you measure? In a book I have, Arnold's waist is said to be 34 in competition. If measured at the belly button, mine is a little over 31...narrowest point 27.5 | ||

34" But My delts are 60" Wide. I know my waist can go down to 30ish ripped, which I hope will happen by summer. ------------------ | ||

It's 33 now......it was up to 36 - if you are squatting or deadlifting regularly, it won't get smaller. | ||

i can fit into 34" jeans easily but just make it into 32" trousers for a suit  (i used to be 35" in my porky hey day). damn the calories, damn them ------------------ | ||

Anyone else have to get a pant size larger so their legs will fit right? I always have to grab a size 35 or 36 unless I get some baggy fit jeans....Forget about wearing straight leg jeans. | ||

I'm having that problem too..jeans fitting in the legs and the waist....I have a few pairs of stretchy jeans, but, they aint the same as Levi's reg. jeans...I have taken in quite a few pairs of jeans, after having to buy them bigger to fit my legs....it's nice that I can sew and do my own alterations.. | ||
