It sure makes me. It's like I have to eat carbs when I'm depressed. Anyone else get this?

yes, it's actually a fact. SSRI's (anti-depressants) cut carb cravings.

seritonin problems can go one way or the other - eithe rmake you want to eat all the time, or make you not at all hungry. I'm one of those people that it makes me not hungry - and the anti-depressant makes me even less hungry - so gaining weight is interesting for me.

i am just a happy s.o.b. so i have nothing worthwhile to contribute here. i shove food down my throat regardless of my mood. in the past when i have been on medication for depression, i was not lifting and i didn't eat very much to begin with so i was still my bone-rack self. if anything i would stop eating if i got depressed.
