Ok, I'm about to start my next cycle. Currently my BF level is around 12%-14% (I'm estimating) so I want to minimize fat gain. What I'm planning to do is eat about 1000 calories more than I do regularly, and make at least 60%-80% of those calories come from protein. The cycle will be Test/Dbol/Primo (ask if you need details). I'm hoping to put on a good 10lbs of lean mass, and (hopefully) losing some fat (5lbs? 10lbs?) or at the very least keep fat gain below the 2lbs range. Another problem is my training. I just got a job last week that requires me to run around all day long without a break. This has really taken a toll on me because I get to the Gym exausted. I still do my regular routines, but I fear that I may overtrain myself, so I'm thinking of cutting back a bit. On the other hand, while on the gear I want to go all out, so I can put on as much lean mass as possible. Any suggestions? ------------------ | ||

Ok, I'm estimating my caloric intake to be around 2500 calories. I'm an endomorph type, and I find it very hard to lose bodyfat. I'll give you stats right now. 5'7", 205lbs, Chest:46" Arms:17" Waist:Size 34" Legs:25" Forearms:12" Calves: 15" I have a little bit of belly. I need major work on forearms, and I plan to concentrate on them during the cycle. As for the calves, yes, they are pathetic, but I can't help it because my feet are screwed up (I have a crossed bone or something weird, which the doctors suggested operating, and I chickened out) Anyway, back to the question, my goal is not specifically lbs wise, but size wise. Put an inch in all major bodyparts, including upper body, arms, forearms, legs, etc. The cycle will be 2 months in duration: Weeks: 1. 300mg Test Cyp/7 Dbol ED I put the Nolva in brackets because I do not know if I will experience Side FX. I shouldn't at these dosages, but I've never gone this high before, so not sure what to expect. So there you have it. BTW I posted this on the chat because there's too many newbies that don't know their ass from a hole in the ground on the Anabolic board, I'd probably get better suggestions here. interesting cycle! you should have no problem putting on size, but expect a considerable amount of water(bloat). the cyp and d will blow you up nicely! with your calories where you plan on having them, you should expect in the neighborhood 20 plus pounds. you sound like me in being very sensitive to carbs! if you plan on keeping your carbs low, definetly replace those calories with good fats or proteins! i'm not sure if i answered your questions but i hope this helps a little! good fortunes and be safe! ------------------ "I'll kill you and your dreams, then begin you life" dracula 2000 |
