Well it's a bad pic of the house, it might be larger then what the pic shows....I've seen homes in inside the loop in houston sell for much more and getting alot less what are the property values of that area? Perhaps thats a steal of a deal. Or perhaps someone famous or well known was born or killed themselves in that home. Tons of reasons why it might be that high. I do like the stairs from the driveway to the door thats pretty neat. I can't tell what color it is but it appears to me a little tangerine possibly some sort of pink, but whatever it is I would paint it something else. Is that white trim? It looks ok, but if it's near the ocean I think I would change that too | ||

Actually, my brothers' boss owned a million dollar home and drove a beat up pickup truck..didnt want to employees to know he was a bazillionaire. Matt, that depends on what part of Long Island, if it is in Nassau Co. on the south shore it is affordable, if it is In Nassau Co. on the north shore then you better be one rich muddafuker, and if it is in Suffolk, Forget about it! | ||

LOL...check, rich Canadians areant so egotistical...my mom is filthy stinking rich and drives a midsized Ford, and all her rich buddies who she travels with are the same way...they're never home, so why bother? Lots and LOTS AND LOTs of multimillion dollar homes and Mercedes, and Jags, and Porsches in my town...if someone owns a Vette they'll have two..yadda yadda in my town (Norman Jewison lives about 5 miles from my old house)and 95% of the time the ones with the flashiest vehicles and the fanciest houses were the greatest in debt. The old governer general of our province used to come into our hardware store in his limo and would preceed to have a 30 foot ladder stuck out the back of it...funniest damn thing I ever did see...nicest man too..very unpretentious. Actually it is in Maui, I was looking for homes there, my husband has this idea that we are going to live there, hahahahaha.....So I printed out several listings and I think we can probably afford a trash can on this street. LOL ------------------ |
