Why is it that I always see black men with overweight white blonde girls? I see this a lot around where I live, does anyone else? Does anyone have any idea why black men are attracted to fat blonde girls? It's just one of those things I always wondered why. Why not a hot blonde chick? Why a fat one?

Another thing along the same lines....

I see a LOT of "older" black men with young (15-16 or so) white girls. I see this more as I come in towards the "city". What's the scoop here? I have a few theories, one being that young girls go for them because the media portrays the black hip hop stars and such like gods, and you know how youngsters are swayed by "cool" stuff. So they tend to think that it's cool to be with a black guy or something.. Or, maybe it's just for free drugs in exchange for sex? Dunno. I say that not as being stereotypical, but man, honestly, around here, chances are if you see a black man in and around the city, there's a 99% chance they either deal, or their best friend does, trust me, I've been around enough to know this for a fact, so I'm not basing that comment on being stereotypical or something..

I see the same thing where I'm from.

not every observation is racially intended. I make the same observation often. It's just my eyes seeing stuff, not necessarily my mind forming an opinion on it.

Consider his comments against the backdrop that in NY (and the other places I've lived, which are many) you RARELY see a white guy with a black girl, overweight or otherwise.

Noticing an interracial couple in this nation in 2001 is not from culture shock (considering this is the technological age) but rather from ingrained stereotypes reinforced by the thought that you could never think that way yourself.

Just like matttheskywalker said, It's an observation, just because it involves black people doesn't automatically make it racist, and I'm sick of that closed minded politically correct attitude that people looove to take anymore on subjects like that.

If I was thinking in racist terms and trying to base it off that, I would have something probably like "I'm so sick of seeing white chix with black guys, what the fuck, can't they stay within their own race? It makes me sick!"

There is only one race on this earth. The human race.

I don't think making reference to an observation on this subject makes it "Racist" just another observation untill someone starts degrading it...

The point was that we never see black men with hot white girls, it's always nasty ones. That's what we don't understand.

I've been with some fat girls. I guess three I would consider fat and I don't think fat had anything to do with tightness. One was loose, one was average, and one was tight as hell.

I've been with skinny girls and some have been loose, some were average, and some have been tight.

The bottom line is, and I don't care wether a: you agree with me on this, or 4: you think I'm even more descriminatory than you think I am now, but listen to me for a second.

There is a difference between blacks and whites, just as there are differences between Asians and Latins, or any other sort of "race" of human. Yeah, we're all the same human race, but there's differences among us, and calling them "races" is sort of misleading, as yeah, there is only one race, the human race, and I also wouldn't go so far as to say different species, cause it's not that either. Whatever it is, let's just say "versions" for now.

You used the cat analogy, but it doesn't really work in your defense of your arguement, because anyone in their right mind knows there's different types of cats. You have your persians, your siamese, etc. As you can see, this totally debunks your arguement. Yes a cat is a cat, but, there are different types of cats, just as there are different types of humans, just as there are different types of frogs, dogs, penguins, anything. Humans are just another species on the planet, and we have variations within our species, just as in any other species, that make certain collectives of us distinguishingly different from certain other humans.

You have to see the light on this, and stop with the political correctness that's been burned into your brain from years and years of "we're all the same!" stuff. Yes, we are all human, that's what it means, but we're NOT all the "same", i really wish people would star using human instead of same. See, I'm comfortable enough with this fact to realize it, and secure enough in it that it doesn't bother me that there are different types of people in this world, nor should it bother anyone. That's where the real racism comes into play.

Your line of reasoning could be used to explain why some types of humans are superior to other types because they are just naturally better equipped for "this or that".

When I talk to people or see couples, it doesn't occur to me what color they are besides the obvious.

The reason you look like bigots is because you ascribe traits to "black" men and their "white, blond, fat chicks".

All I can say is just give yourself time to grow up, maybe in a week or so, your eyes will finally open.

The ideal of thinness is a new phenomenon in the history of man. Up until the late 50's, a size 12 was considered ideal. Now that is considered borderline obese. Look at the painting of Venus. That was histories version of Cindy Crawford. The woman who posed for that picture probably weighs about 150 if she is 5'5". You look at other paintings from all eras that are obviously "glamour shots" and you see the same trend....all the women were easily 160 and above. But they were considered perfect in those times. They cast Kate Winslet for her role in Titanic, as she represented the physique of the average rich girl back in those days.

No one is exactly the same and I think it is crazy to call the thoughts on observations made based on race "racist"

It burns me up to think that there's people out there that will take your use of a basic nature given right of something as simple as pre observation, and turn it and twist it and mold it to mean something else, no matter what you say.

And you must be blind. Because one observes differences doesn't imply superiority or ranking. To use the "cat example" if I see a gray cat and a brown cat and I say "oh look, there is a gray cat and there is a brown cat" does that imply i am somehow a "cat racist". Racism exists, but labeling all who make any observation based on race diverts attention away from legitimate racial problems and issues. Remember the story of "the boy who cried wolf". Finally, there are Differences between the races. Anyone who does not recognize this does not understand the basics of natural selection. Different races evolved differently based on environmental factors they were faced with. We should learn to appreciate the differences and diversity and not hide behind either "racism" or "political correctness".
