do you work in T.O.? All your talk bout networking and stuff has got me to wondering...where my hubby works, he does that crap too.....you don't nkow how many nights he's had to work in the middle of the night and on the weekend is when it happens...luckily, sometimes, he does it from home...he logs into his work from here...     | ||

Yea I work in hogtown as an freelance network tech. It was great in the begining as it offered me lots of free time, but lately everybody is demanding a lot for little $$. I think what I want now is to get a longer term contract in a more stable environment. As for working remotly, most companies wont go for that with a temp employee, because in the past, some temps have resorted to outright extortion for security. If I had to do it over again, I would likely do it differently. Maybe not even in IT at all. But IT can be a lot of fun. |
