Yeah, Ice Cube is a kick-ass artist, but Ice-T was and is THE SHIT!! I can remember when I first started pumping iron in early high school blasting BodyCount while doing my 9th set of bench for the night. (I was newbie bench crazy.) Ice-T is one of those artists that you can't pigeonhole. Every time he comes back, he surprises people...he has used so many avenues to express himself...that's the sign of a true artist, not like so many of these one-hit wonders and one dimensional wannabes of today. Ice-T does what he Ice-T wants, how can you not respect that, especially considering the tough time he had coming up. I agree freak daddy, definitely a great success story. That shit on VH1 and his Cribs show on MTV kicked a lot of ass. And I say all of this as mainly a heavy metal and thrash fan. I live and die by Metallica, Helmet, Puya, etc. Regardless of what you're a fan of, you've gotta recognize that Ice-T is THE MAN!!! ------------------ | ||
