a special about Ronald Reagan just started on CNN...something that is supposed to go more into him as a person and not just his politics...I'll tune into it for awhile, perhaps it will offer something new for us to talk and debate about on here..     | ||

Well the 1st part of it seems interesting...Anyone else here think he looked funny in the "Cowboy" clothes...lol gawd it reminds me of episodes of Dallas | ||

I think that program was very dignified of RR. I wasn't even a full year old when he got into office and very little kid when he left, but I still think his farewell speech was pretty heartwarming. | ||

yeah I couldn't help but chuckle when Mario Cuamo(sp?) was talking on and on about him...I think even my Life long democrat grandfather might have voted for Regan, though He will probably go to his grave denying it |
