What a bunch of crap. "Breathe in breathe out. hands up and hands down. back up, back up". wow, what a lyrical wizard. He has to be the weakest vocalist i have seen in a long time. His shit is used over and over agian. its friggin recycled material. His lyrics in "rollin" are nothing but fillers. And as far as musically, has anyone heard anything creative or challenging from them? Sorry, i had to vent. i hear them on the radio all the time. they Suk! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Mr. Juice, i couldnt agree with you more. Your preaching to the chorus my brother. One of my friends entered the dark side of liking their music, its sad, he was a good guy. I just hear too much "talk shit, shut the fuck up, dont give a fuck" i just dont even care, or "give a fuck" if you will, so "shut the fuck up, and back the fuck up" ![]() ![]() ![]()

I dont understand, who cares if his lyrics suck. I listen to songs not for lyrics but for a good tune and energy in a song and the mood it gives me. The song could be about eating an apple for all I care. If I want a message I go read some books or a poem. You cant judge music it is all subjective and for each persons personal taste there is not 'good' or 'bad' music, just opinion. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I liked their first two albums, but now they're boring; they haven't evolved at all. Same riffs, same lyrics. Durst is a wiley little businessman though. I've got to give him credt for that; in music you can't either be an ok musician and a great businessman, or a good/great musician who finds the business horrifying. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's just that the lyrics are so bad that it is impossible for many people not to notice. This is especially true of people who were raised on Pink Floyd, Metallica, Nirvana, STP, etc. I think that some of their songs sound alright the first time you hear them. But then the annoyance factor quickly creeps in. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It usually seems like once a group gets popular, they are afraid to steer away one bit from what got them there; either due to pressure from the record execs or that they want to rock the boat when it comes to the people who like their music. Of course there are many exceptions and those are usually the ones that have longevity. I agree that you get tired of the music quickly. What puzzles me is how Fred Durst seems to get all of the Nookie from these playmates, models, etc...he's definitely not the looker ![]() ![]() ![]()

Fred is a fat bitch. And as far as the feeling the music has, granted some of it has some energy. But the only feeling i get from it is this one..."Great, it's fucking Limp Dickit, I feel like changing the station." ![]() ![]() ![]() |
