Anyone ever seen these? I used to have a regular Exer-Stick that was about 6 1/2 foot long - used it to stretch and was great. Lost it when we moved to CA. I saw weighted ones (ranging from 5 pounds to 25 pounds) and wondered if anyone used these to stretch with or for doing lunges. Don't want to order them off the net because shipping is about 35.00 (due to length and weight). ------------------ Everybody really was Kung Fu fighting....     |
