We/I will personally rip on anybody making fun of somnebody that is trying to better their body. It really pisses me off when people rip on somebody that post their pic. Now it is another story if you have told us you are 6ft 4in and 280 ripped and you turn out to be 6ft 280 and a 40in waist. | ||

When guys say that they weigh over 230, I honestly invision that pic above. Back in a gym I used to attend, most of the guys there who looked like that actually considered themselves to be below 15% bf and a "real" bodybuilder. You figure that Arnold was 240 or so in his prime at 6'2". So I have to agree that the thread from the other day was either total bs, or written by alot of delusional people who need to go get their bodyfat professionally tested. | ||
