Can anyone recommend a good, *serious* gym in Seattle? (preferably in downtown area) I will be visiting there in April. How is the World gym near the convention center? What about BQ gym? Thanks.

I work at a gym in bothell, not a *serious* gym but a good smaller gym. if you come to visit I'll hook you up with a week or two free membership. Pro-Robics in Juanita. and I could get you a travel pass for gold's gym too, Pro-Robics owns the one on Aurora Way.
