I have a old friend who had a g/f who claimed he was the father of her kid. The State garnishied his wages for a year. I noticed he was not being his usual self, I asked him about it and he was fucking loosing weight because she was getting most of his check. He was sure it was not his and I insisted the a DNA test should be done. He finally took my advise and it was NOT his.

This ended his situation with the garnishing of his wages, but the State never charged her with perjury, cause she may have not known who the father was, so it would be hard to convict her on it let alone who was going to raise the kid anyway. I personally would have nailed her in civil suit, and let her pay for her lie. That girl should have given the kid up. She was unfit to do this to my friend, so she is in my mind unfit to raise a child.

Big Buck is right, she should prove she is pregnant and prove it's yours, she will no doubt shut the hell up and get herself a abortion, but don' you pay for it. She got herself by lack of reasoning and she should pay the costs. She is most likey a unfit mother in any case.
