i trained legs on monday. now it's thursday and i'm still so sore i can barely walk. i love some soreness, but this sucks. it hurts like hell to do cardio and i don't even want to get up to go piss.

do you guys ever feel so sore that you're lying in bed at night being very uncomfortable and feeling feverish and ill?

i feel like that every single week. i'm two days out of leg day and yesterday was back and hams and i am walking like a penguin. i don't feel sick ever though, just like i don't want to move my legs.

decibel from your pics you put up that one time you look like you know how to train. is this actually the first time you have ever felt that kind of pain in your legs?

try taking a shit...that's the best.

no, it's definitely not the first time i've been this sore. it's pretty much like this every week when i'm really concentrating in the gym (which i have been lately). that still doesn't mean i enjoy it though.

i think the most pain i've ever experienced working out was doing legs with the owner of my gym. forget about going past failure -- this workout was like doing another complete set and a half after you reached failure. it was ridiculous. i could barely walk from machine to machine. i was sore for eight days -- no shit.

Legs, Chest, and Back do that to me. Pretty much everything except shoulders.

They're not bad. I'm a little unhappy with my lifts, but they never are sore the day after a workout like my legs, chest, back and arms are. I have seen growth, however, but never experience soreness.

This happen to anyone else?

i know what you mean.

it's also probably the hardest muscle for me to feel a pump. it takes a lot of reps and sets to get those suckers to swell up with blood.

I did this exact same thing on my last leg workout. Shit the next 3 to 4 days were killer. I did not want to even try to get up, but had to, geez when I was regularly working out, I never got this way. Shit 3 weeks is too long, but surgery had me down hard for that period.

I did feel sick as my body was yelling at me at every move. Yuck.
