When do you all get or know of when you get the best results from cardio. I vary between right when i get up, or late at night right before bed. I've heard its best to do it in the morning on an empty stomach, but if not, say at night before bed, is it that much of a drastic difference? Sometimes its hard to get out of bed

cardio=sex
any time is good.

Yes, do it in the morning on an empty stomach, after you have taken your ECA or whatever. Then wait about 30 minutes to an hour after your workout to eat breakfast. If you really want to burn some calories, combine your weight training with your aerobics, all in the morning on an empty stomach. You'll look great in six weeks.
