Badkins, have you tried mixing some Yohimbe in with your ECA? That works wonders without having to up your dose of ECA. -TG | ||

Machine, that's a good question. I just use the Twinlab brand of Yohimbe and add one capsule to the mix (as of now). It kills your appetite and makes you feel energetic even though you aren't eating very much while dieting. I love it. I will check the mg/capsule when I get home. I think I remember it saying 9mg? Going to start cutting soon. Have never taken ECA. While I have no heart problems, and no family history of it, that's the one thing I hestitate b/c of. Any palpitations? murmurs? cardiac arrests? hehe When you hit 35 you start thinking about shit like this..... ------------------ | ||

Actually, I've been using using a product called Adrenalin by Bioscuplt that has Ephedrine HCL, Norephedrine, Caffeine, and Yohimbine HCl... So I really so need to take a break... The Aratest/Ref-B starts in a week, so I'll lay off the fat-burners for say...8 weeks or so! ------------------ |
