Awww yes another week has begin so for the 3rd straight week I have started it out with legs...At least I'll be walking around like john wayne early this week rather then the weekend. Anyone else start the week out with legs?

I find it easier to get from station to station since all the pre-madonna frat boys at my school like to start out with chest and arms...It's too bad that only a few decent guys workout so early in the morning. Cause it's scary as shit asking some of these guys for a spot.

With the exception of the guy in charge of the Army ROTC, and 2 other guys I would say there was at least 15 wimps that were gawking in the mirror for about 5 min at a time admiring there 6inch biceps...

Well maybe when I stop feeling sick I'll be able to finish my damn breakfast...

and now that I have this small rant out of the way I feel much better...
