you can always buy a cd burner, then borrow cds from the library and copy them.

if there aren't any other mp3 trade sites that have a large selection, that is how i will have to start getting the music i want.

Go and download napigator at www.napigator.com this will bring up other sites/servers that work with the napster software. Most of these servers are in canada and won't be shut down.
