BANG!!! No more D.C. I know this is hard to take, but the gas price is where it should be. The price of gas hasn't gone up with inflation starting from the 1970's. Besides how is taking Saddam out going to lower the cost of gas. Please explain that? | ||

Gas prices are not where they should be. The gov't is taxing the hell out of the gas on a per gallon basis. We need oil that is a fact of life and as long as we have to buy it elsewhere the prices are going to go up and down according to the holders of the oil not us. This therefore is the reason we are involved and need to be involved. While I can survive without heating and cooling and cooking on an open fire, I doubt that most of the US population could. We need the fuel and I personally think we should go Roman on them and take that shit and hunt down every terrorist and cut his/her fucking head off. You want a United one world gov't? Well then, it should be an American one period hands down. If you don't like tuff It is time to stop taking the worlds shit! If USA invades Iraq it�ll be an even bigger mess in Middle East and perhaps things in Israel could get even worst puting in risk lifes of innocent civilians... Nationalist and fundamentalist parties could gain more support in countries like Egypt, Iran could stop making progress towards a more open and democratic system, people would be outraged with the West countries... It wouldn�t be clean... Bush said he would turn inside and give less importance to external politics, i bet he wont invade Iraq, thats Cartoons stuff... My best friend was born here in the US but all of his family is Palestinian and some of his relatives are pretty radical when it comes to the muslim tradition. If you knock off Saddam, who's going to run the show over there? I think he has 2 sons who are high up in the government and they're supposedly MORE ruthless that Daddy Saddam. We could always install a puppet government but that wouldn't last too long. Plus if you weaken Iraq too much, Iran will step in and fill the power vacuum. Saying the US take over the world hopefully is a joke. No "empire" has ever lasted throughout history. |
