I was in the gym today working legs, and not 10 minutes after I finished, I had to hurl. Luckily, I made it to a trach bucket in time (I feel sorry for the guy whose got to clean that up!). I guess I was kind of loud cuz everybody was staring when I finished. It was embarassing.

This happens to me a lot - not every leg workout, but almost once a month - whenever I go heavy. Does this happen to anyone else? Do you think I should see a doc about it?

I have a similar problem, although it comes out the other end. Whenever I do leg presses I rip horrible wind. To tell you the truth I could give a shit less if people here or not. The only time it may be embarrasing is if I soil myself which has happened once before and I have to run to the bathroom. Other than that, its part of the game!!!!

I have that problem too. Taking a bunch of Rolaids before squatting has helped some.

I've gotten sick a few times from working legs, but I think it had more to do with resting for less then 1 min and jumping right back into heavy squats...lack of air probably

I haven't, yet. But, I've gotten dizzy many, many times after each set. I have to take a ilttle longer between sets to recuperate. It's a great feeling when you're finished though. That is, if you can hold on to the rail to pull yourself upstairs to leave the gym!!!!!!

Trained legs today. Did some front squats, some deadlifts and some leg extensions. I then did stiff-legged and finished up with ham curls. I felt so damn nausiated today. I don't know what was up with me.

You need to eat more about an hour prior to your leg workout and you won't get sick. Also you get dizzy when you are not breathing properly when lifting heavy.

The first time I did legs with a IFBB pro female bodybuilder. I almost threw up after the vertical leg press. I was dizzy as hell and I was dry heaving. All she kept saying was "BIG LEGS", "BIG LEGS"....... They have gotten bigger LOL!
