Havoc, you just reminded me of something.

A guy I know from Houston told me that in Texas there is a law on the books that says if you catch your spouse and lover making the beast with two backs and you kill them both with one bullet then you can walk due to a heat of passion defense.

He said it was "the one bullette rule". Personally I think he was bullshitting me but you never know when it comes to Texas.

I wouldn't be going on any killing sprees to answer your question. We'll maybe a little one, but thats it.

I would have quite a list on this topic.

I would first list the Dr.'s who ignored the symptoms of my stroke in Dec 90', with about 8 Dr's involved it would be real bloody. Physician heal thyself would be my motto.

Then a Dr. who is way too fucking old to practice neurology in my area, then the guy who caused a wreck in Nov. 99. Shit this list could go on and on.

I, at this point don't really value other peoples lives if they fuck with mine.

Wodin that law is still on the texas books but it is no longer legal...The Texas Constitution is more then 200times larger then the U.S. consitution...One of the main problems is they do not erase the old laws when they get rid of them, only add subsections I believe saying they are not longer legal or whatever...

In Texas We have the right to shoot and kill anyone in defense of property or life...This also includes Cops who do not identify themselves with or without a warrant...

I remember a few years back a man was put on trial for shooting and killing a repo man for trying to get his car...The only witness was some old geezer neighbor who just happened to be walking the dog at 6 am

the man fired 1 shot in the air, and the repo man reached for a gun, not identifying who he was or what he wanted the man fired 2 rounds to his chest before he fell to the ground...The man was not convicted and after a civil suit where the repo mans faimly sued him for everything he won that case also I believe...

At one time and this might still be legal it was punishable by a public hanging...I do not know if it's still current but it was mentioned in a few of my texas history classes...
