hey man... i am the size you were in your pics... every time i get over 245 i feel like shit so i start to do cardio and get to the point where "i just wanna look good" instead of my thoughts at 230 of "i wanna be huge"... how do you feel at 275? feel fat? feel tired? joints hurt? body aches? etc.. | ||

Well, you about hit it on the head. At 275, my max bench is near 450, so my shoulders are fucking killing me because of the heavy loads. I have disc degeneration in my low back, so I really feel the added weight there. I am just like you, I was a much fatter 275 back in the day, then got down to the 235 in that pic and felt great! Then, a few months down the road, I just missed being MASSIVE. Thus, I'm back up to 275, albeit at a much lower bf than the last time. I am happy with my progress, but yes, I am feeling fairly fat. But I just look at it this way. If each successive time I gain/lose weight, I end up with progressively more lean mass and less bodyfat, then I'm okay with feeling pudgy for a little while. So, now i'll be able to get back down to 10% like I was in that pic, only i'll be 255 instead of 235! At least, thats how I try to explain away the gut to my girl. | ||
