Stats in that pic: 6'3", 235lbs, 11%bf. I am now up to 275 w/ 15% bf after last cycle. That puts my LEAN MASS at 235 now. So I'm excited to shed some fat and get back down to 10%, but with an additional 20lbs of muscle or so from that pic. BTW... can you see the second pic? if not, here is a link: Shags- I plead the fifth. | ||

Nightfly- It's Puerto Vallarta. Yes, the scenery is fantastic. The ocean, however, is not nearly as clear and beautiful as the eastern coast of Mexico (Cancun, Cozumel, etc). Steel- No flame taken. Over the years I've come to realize that different people can look very different at the same %bf. I had my bf% taken several times that summer, and it was always 10-11%. It may have been a little higher, but no more than 12.5% max. I am now 40lbs heavier (with very noticeable gains in fat), and have had my bodyfat tested twice at this weight. It now reads 15.5%, so there is no way i was 17-18% in those pics. I know I'm a LONG way from being ripped, but my abs are just starting to show in those pics. you don't see any abdominal shape at all at 18% bf. | ||

Vixen- Thanks . No, it wasn't a sail boat. It was actually a large catamaran powered by engine. It's a dive boat, used to take scuba divers out to their locations. Makes for a longs, slow, choppy, ride. But its all worth it once you go under. | ||
