mods, leave this up please.. fuck her!!! its been 4 months and 20 lies later... first she didnt have it, then she was sending it in a week, then she lost my addy, then she was sending refund.. then she had it so she was sending it, then this then that... FUCK HER!!! it was only fifty bucks, but still.. i spent my cash to be fucked by some cunt?? nope, not anymore... i may seem rude, but i hold all this shit in.. not anymore! sick of people trying to fuck me with money. if i screw up its on my credit, no questions asked, but noooo.. people can fuck us anytime they want.. feel free to virus the hell out of this bitch! My Dad ordered something off of e-bay, sent the guy a check, it cleared the bank and no shipment. He had to go to the State Atrny's office and file with them. My Dad is in Florida and the guy was in Conn. then moved to Maine, still no merchandise. they can't find the guy now. He got the same run around as you, first his g/f was to ship it, then she didn't have anymore, then his mom was to ship it and then the bastard disappeared. My Dad lost $300. I know how pissed you are. I hate when people F**K with my $.  The only thing you can do is give her a bad comment on e-bay, that will not make you feel better but if she in fact does a lot of business on e-bay others will not deal with her. | ||

My best advice for eBay is to only deal with people who have alot of positive feedback and no negative feedback. Make sure you leave negative feedback so others know not to deal with her. Finally, you should have her address since you sent her a check. If you are ever in Philly visit the skank whore. ------------------ | ||

EBAY has insurance for this kind of thing. You can contact them and they will contact her and tell her about your claim etc. I think they cover up to $200. I thought I got screwed once and it was a problem with shipping and I requested her personal info and when you do that they tell her that someone requested it. I then looked on maps.com and found her street address and everything. I was going to go see her and we got it worked out first. But the bottom line is you are not out your $50, EBAY will reimburse you. ------------------ | ||
