You know, most of the time it annoys me when someone interupts my workout and tries to tell me that either there is a better way to do something or sugest something else. But today was differant. I was closing up my Chest workout, and this HUGE guy came up to me and asked if I was a Marine, I said yes, and he proceeded to tell me that he was a Marine Officer. So I listened despite the fact that he inturpted my set. He said that for closing up a Chest day, he liked doing low cable crossovers, so considering his massive size, I gave it a shot. Let me tell you, I can sure feel the differance. I guess everyonce in a while It's good to add and learn. ------------------

Cable flys are great for chest and shoulder work. Just depends on how you set it up and work the various groups you want to develop. I am on the mend from a rotor cuff on the left shoulder from flat benching, I just don't handle flat benching well, although the weight was not the problem, just my build from what my Dr. said. He said he sees I guess I will leave the flat bench out from now on. Right side has torn rotor cuff from a motorcycle accident 20 years ago. This is not painful, just a hassle to work around the problem. Went to the gym today and boy I needed it, just leg day. Cable flys won't be done till I can handle it later on this summer.
