I posted this on the womens board, thought Id post here and maybe get some additional help.

I have a friend who's crossing over from BB to fitness. She's pretty much "stuck" on a bb's diet. does anyone have any good sights or info. I can give her? She's really well educated on bb, but she's questioning herself about stuff (diet, training, etc.) now that she's crossing over. Thanx in advance

Honestly, I'd try to find Kim Cheschevsky's (sp.?) e-mail address/fan club address, etc.

Since that's not exactly a sure thing, I'd go to www.dogpile.com and search for WOMENS + FITNESS and start siftin'...

Tell her good luck from me! Have you been to Anabolic Fitness yet, too?? We've got a Women's board there, too...
