Earl and i are doing great, (both in the bedroom and out). Earl feels so healthy now (he's 72 btw) that he insisted he would join a health club. Well he did last weekend and he has been goin every day. He is lifting weights, climbing the stair-master machine and doing water aerobics 3 times a week. We went to Wal-Mart and bought him some tank-tops and some sexy underwear. They are called Joe Boxer. I have never seen this brand before but he looks "great" in them.
I purchased a little something (a nightie) for myself and i hope to surprise Earl when he gets home from his workout tonight.

I know i'm rambling but i do have a question for you boys and girls.
Should and older lady like myself go to the gym also or do you think that lifting weights would be bad on my joints? I want to do the water-aerobics too, it sounds fun.

We do drink that much but i bought a bottle of wine tonight from Albertsons. Its a White Zifandel. I have never been much of a wine drinker.

Should this particular type of wine be chilled or served warm?
