Gil..I'd go with nice parcel  I can not in good faith make an apperance at the Anabolic board, for my body is in catabolism these last few weeks. My marathon is in 3 weeks...and my high running milage, high carb diet, and lack of lifting, caffeine, ....I'm just an anabolic discrace..
