I would like to point out that arrogance and narcissism are not products of age(lack thereof). They are often the result of overcompensating for underlying insecurity. Also, environment can contribute. For instance, arguing politics or physics on a fitness message board may bloat an ego considerably, because the majority of those dooing the arguing have not studied it.
