im guessing one reason might be because a chat room will equal less posts and then their will be no more records

Yeah i was thinkin it'd be pretty sweet to have one on irc, but it would be a big change and difference

The best bet would be irc
It's not something that has to be done by elitefitness, we can all download IRC clients, i.e. mIRC for windows, BitchX or ircII or XChat for UNIX users, and start our own channel. #elitefitness if George didn't mind us using the name
Anyone else interested? Anyone else know about irc or am I the only one who uses it?

Great idea guys,

We did have one several years back, but it was not popular. You know you can add AIM, Yahoo, and ICQ to your profiles and chat like that -- and everyone will know who is online and who is not.

We would consider a chat room again though if there is enough support.
