Just goes to show ya people will do anything to lose weight except get off their ass and exercise. Metabolife doesn't make the heart any stronger. Running does. ------------------

i'll take that ad over xenadrine's "38x better than diet and exercise alone". cool, didn't know i could lose 80 lbs a week.

Are you joking? what about that guy that used Hydroxycut and lost 30lbs of fat at the same time gaining 2" on his arms and 3" on his chest!!! that Hydroxycut stuff is gotta be some miracle supplement because I can't even see an insane AS cycle burning off 30lbs of fat and replacing it with muscle... ------------------

yea the hydroxycut ads along with all muscle techs are the most bogus

I like the cell tech ad 1700% more powerful then real creatine bull s**t!!
Elite Bodybuilder Posts: 963 |
actually the ad saying 1700% better is very true... if you take "creatine alone" ie no sugar to cause insulin increase, then there is NO WAY for the creatine to get to the muscle. add a little sugar and boom, it works... so that ad is true...

I'll add to that cell-tech comments...It is more powerful because they want you to use 10 grams a serving instead of 5g.

quote: i train with a guy who weighs about 190lbs normally. he fights as a light-heavy (178lbs, under 81kgs). we always joke about how he could start his own informercials about dropping 12lbs in as many days...no drugs either! ------------------ |
