I have been putting 5% in the Profit Sharing Plan here at my work and they match a minimum of $.75 to a maximum of $1.50 per year. I have been doing this for 8 years now. I will be a one when I am 43-45 if do not get any raises from this point on, however I can on take it out until I am 55 without penalties. |
