Lookin for some new mp3s to pick up. I've been in a drought of new stuff as of late. Whos got suggestions. Some stuff with a nice good beat, get you pumped up, no death metal. Anything worth mentioning

I highly recommend Mortician. Tracks such as "Drilling for Brains" off the Mortal Massacre album really provide a special blend of folk and gospel music. If you dug the Mortal Massacre album then I suggest you also check out Mortician's "Hacked up for Barbecue" album (the long awaited followup to the multi-platinum Chainsaw Dismemberment ep) which is equally innovative and soothing to listen to while you're going to sleep at night or on that first date with someone special.

I don't understand what's funny, havoc. You've obviously never seen them live. I remember the last Mortician show I went to with my current girlfriend we had just started dating and we held each other all night and shared our first kiss during the ballad "Three on a Meathook" and then we both couldn't help but drop the L-word when "Eaten Alive by Maggots" came on followed by the always crowd favorites "Ripped in Half" and "Morbid Butchery." We were fortunate enough to make it backstage and meet the men who came together to form Mortician and we all ate bats and got silly off swine blood.

you may enjoy the soothing tones of a new australian band, Blood Duster. a combination of laid-back beats, moody & harmonic horns and vintage mid '90's grindcore to produce such genre classics as "Fisting the Dead" off the album of the same name, and "Bloodfart". of course, the slightly more lighthearted "Don't Call Me Homeboy Ya Cunt" is also guaranteed to entertain.

and i can't believe you mentioned Mortician without including "Mauled beyond recognition". no appreciation at all...
