Week 9 of diet and training and I think I crashed! I went in to do legs today, and just did not feel like training. I also ate before I came so maybe thats why I felt like crap! I have yet to break into the single digits! What more xcan I do???? I dont want to do too much cardio if any... ------------------ | ||

what does your diet look like? If you're not into training 110% that day, then take it off and go home and get some rest... | ||

I havent been counting calories...just portions... seems to work for me... Dropped 19% - 11% went from 226-218lbs ------------------ | ||

Have been doing cardio for 8 weeks... I stopped... Felt that It may not be necesary as of now, since I lowered my calories... | ||

Gained strenghth, 100% clean... I just felt real tired as of lately... I didnt want to over train by doing cardio.... Since Im trauining heavy, eating light, Im entering week 9 and feel burn out comming in....I thought if I drop the cardio Maybe ill be okay... Ive also been emailing Mike mentzer and I guess I may getting brain washed... | ||

Hang in there, I haven't even been able to get my diet on track. I have been feeling really weird for the last few weeks. By noon I start feeling like I just od'd on xenydrine and then I feel sick and by the night I am worthless. So you are not doing too bad at all. What is your diet like? Try adding a little more cardio. ------------------ | ||
