Harmonic, I just wish to clear up a few things. When did you start your cycle, What did your cycle consist of. What weight were you at, how old are you and what was calorie intake like. Also what was the weight afterwards, how long was the cycle and how much bf increase on the cycle. How long the cycle has been over and what weight are you at now. Peace ------------------ | ||

Give the guy a break, he's young right? So what if he gained some fat he looked damn good in the first two pics. And under the flab he's probably even more built than before. I can't understand this. I am young and absolutly love lifting weights, I plan to stay in this all of my life. I WILL NOT be one of those people who look back and say "well back in high school....." and then stuff another big mac down my throat. I am going to pursue this for as long as I am able to. The fact that you people criticize someone just shows that your immature and more importantly LACK CONFIDENCE. I have built up a lot of self confidence with lifting, I don't really need to flame someone becuase I know what I am personally capable of doing.
