I'm not in San Diego but i'm in Temecula. Can I join the crew? I don't think their is anybody on the board who lives in Temecula or trains at the Temecula Gold's. I was at Balboa park yesterday at the Museums. I especially liked the Automotive Museum and the Museum of Torture and Intolerance. Anybody ever been their, it was pretty cool. ------------------ | ||

Well, I don't have a steady gym that I train at, most give me the 3 day pass then ask me not to come back again. Already kicked out of one gym for using chalk - go figure. I say we all meet and destroy. ------------------ | ||

gymrat and I were supposed to meat up like 3 times, we will one of these times, I always lag on the way down - shit Im coming from oc yall, I say one day we all just show up in TJ at either the square with the mechanical bull (and the dude that sings jesses girl) and have some cervezas in the sun, better hurry though I will soon be on a cycle which means no booze para el pain de slo. ------------------ For a good time click here: Search and Profiles (300Kleens Board) | ||

I didn't know gymratSD was still around. I am comfortably doing my anabolics so I don't wander over to the anabolic board too much.. Frogs? It's not bad. A nice facility really, but it's too close to Hillcrest, if ya know what I mean..At 255lbs, I am one of the biggest guys there. I can use chalk, and there's always a squat rack available! The only trouble I find there is getting someone big/strong/smart enough to spot me when I go heavy on the squats (600+)... Golds is now a World Gym?? I didn't know that. I have often thought of joining there, but the westbound commute on Balboa at 5:00 is a joke, so I go down 163 to Mission Valley. It takes me all of 10 minutes to get to the gym during rush hour. Am I the only one from S.D. that sails? I have an Olympic class Flying Dutchman that I am in a pinch trying to find crew for. What's a Flying Dutchman you ask?? High performance sailing! SD here. I train at Bally's on Mira Mesa (yeah, I know, but it's not a bad gym, really). And I never heard of anyone getting thrown out of a gym for using chalk! Jeez. Guess they were worried about their designer training suits getting dirty. | ||

Buck, Its interesting that you brought this up. Gymrat has seen me before at the gym and in TJ and wasnt sure if it was me or not but emailed me and verified that I was the same guy from the gym that was in TJ! I train at World's in PB and any of the Twenty-WHORE Hour Fitnesses around when I dont want to fight the traffic to PB. Im all for a meeting. ------------------ |
