My routine is a combination of bits and pieces from probably 500 or so people I have talked to over the years and tons of literature I have read, but the biggest part of it is the part I have implemented based on what has worked best for me through my own personal experience. | ||

Ooops I almost forgot - depending on what kind of show you do, i.e. NPC, IFBB you may want to make sure there aren't any mandatory poses you have to do in your routine. I'm not familiar w/ BB mandatories. ------------------ | ||

What I do (and I have seen some people who actually do this) is write down ALL the exercises you can think of for the body part you are training, like Biceps: DB Curls, Barbell Curls, Hammer Curls Cable Curls, Preacher DB Preacher Curls Incline Hammer Curls Concentration Curls EZ bar curls etc..
Dips, Incline Flyes and Flat Bench in that order right there, just work the hell out of them. | ||

I think there is some confusion about what is being asked. Do you mean workout routine, or posing routine in a contest? If the latter, I make up my own. Look at some contest tapes, go to contests, etc. Lots of practice in front of a mirror will show what looks good for you and what doesn't .You can e-mail me for more detail. I have done several contests. [email protected] There are is a good instructional tape on the do's and don'ts of putting together your routine...("Perfect Individual Routine")And another good one on the mandatory poses. Again, e-mail me and I can give you the details. | ||
