What does it feel like? I have a dull pain deep in my shoulder that is radiating out to my neck and down my forarms.

YOu have a pinched nerve.

a rotator cuff injury is more a movement pain.

If the pain is constant and radiating down your arm and up your neck? you have a pinched nerve

It's not an intense pain, dull, and yes it's constant, so a pinched nerve somewhere it is.

Go see a massage therapist. NOT A BONE JERKER.

Put some heat on it and let the muscles relax around it.

GOOD LUCK

I had a similar pain. It went from my neck down to my forearm and my fourth and fifth fingers. My doc said it was a pinched nerve and sent me to a massage therapist. I also did a lot of stretching ( 10-15min every day) and I noticed improvement in about 2 weeks. I still stretch heavily before, during and after any upper body workout.
