180s. When I feel strong, I use 120s for incline and 130s for flat.

120's...they bore me....way too light. I use them sometimes for one-arm flat presses, inclines, and hi-rep pullovers.

225lb dumbells! Check Iron Gods post "My personal excalibur" for a pick. He flat benched them for two, as i recall.

130s.

Technically when you use dumbells, they equal out to their combined weight plus 40 pounds ( when compared to your flat bench).

For example, using 100lb dumbells is like flat benching 240 pounds.

100+100+40= 240

So if someone is using 225 pound db then he is actually benching the eqivalent of 490 flat bench!

200 lbs. The dumbells go up in about 4 lb increments up to 145 lb but after that they go up by about 20 lbs which makes the jump almost impossible. The most I 've used is 145 for one arm rows, but I saw a guy the other day use the 200s for a set of 6 on the dumbell rows. Most of the time the dumbells over 100 lbs never get touched in my gym they're just decorations.
